Coffee Printer!

Once again another print media has emerged: Coffee Grinds! Yes, this one-of-a-kind specialized printer actually uses coffee grinds as its print media. It can also use tea dregs, according to the documentation. It was an entry into Core77's Greener Gadgets Design Competition by Jeon Hwan Ju of Korea:

RITI Printer is a eco-friendly printer designed by a concept of a new ink system

Ok, before I go any farther, I have to admit this is in fact a 2D printer - not a 3D printer. We've seen all manner of complex, common and vile substances used as 3D print media, but not yet coffee grinds.

But one can imagine the possibilties if a 3D version did exist. A coffee cup - made out of coffee!
