Fabber's Market

RapidToday has an interesting analysis of a new service, Fabber's Market, which intends on linking designers and manufacturers - with an emphasis on 3D printing and other heavy-duty rapid manufacturing tech. The service operates somewhat like eBay, where you must choose between the roles of a "Supplier", where you seek clients for your parts, and "Designer", where you seek parts from Suppliers.

Barnaby's analysis is similar to ours; let's wait and see what happens with this service. They seem to be doing the right things, but it's a hard market to crack as they must compete with the giants of manufacturing exchange such as the galactic-sized Alibaba.

General Fabb

Kerry Stevenson, aka "General Fabb" has been writing Fabbaloo posts since he launched the venture in 2007, with an intention to promote and grow the incredible technology of 3D printing across the world. So far, it seems to be working!
