I think the point is that there are significant restrictions on MakeHuman models. Fine for opensource applications, but not for commercial. If you're seeking models for commercial purposes, then MakeHuman is not an option.
What's the point of this site if there is a free MakeHuman software http://www.makehuman.org/ where one can easily create a wiiiide range of characters in various poses?
