One of Creality’s latest resin 3D printers has won an award.

Creality’s latest device in the HALOT series, the HALOT-MAGE PRO, has been recognized as the “Display Application of the Year” at the Society for Information Display’s (SID) annual Display Industry Award (DIA) event.

You might be wondering why a 3D printer would win a “display” award. That’s because the HALOT-MAGE PRO uses a sophisticated 8K LTPS LCD panel as its light engine, and the printer is considered an “application” of the display from the point of view of the Society of Information Displays.

High Speed 3D Printing Technology

Creality, known for its frequent innovations in 3D printing technology, added the HALOT-MAGE PRO to its portfolio of resin 3D printing products. This MSLA resin 3D printer is a high-speed device, a feature highly desired by 3D printer operators.

The HALOT-MAGE PRO includes a 10.3-inch 8K masking LCD panel and an advanced resin pump. Coupled with a smart air purifier and Creality Cloud app integration, this device aims to provide professional precision printing at a speed five times faster than typical resin 3D printers. The light engine behind this HALOT-MAGE PRO leverages BOE’s 5.5-generation low-temperature polycrystalline silicone (LTPS) liquid crystal technology.

HALOT-MAGE PRO Features

The HALOT-MAGE PRO boasts a 350:1 contrast ratio and improved light transmittance, which should enhance printing accuracy and reduce exposure time — speeding up print jobs considerably. The MIPI interface and smart chip are designed to optimize light evenness and precision.

The device is compatible with a wide range of 405nm resins and features automatic material loading and unloading capabilities, that will certainly streamline user convenience and increase efficiency.

In addition to these features, the HALOT-MAGE PRO provides a larger X-Y printing area and expanded build volume of 228 x 128 x 230 mm.

The most notable feature, however, is the print speed. The third-generation advanced light engine and beefed-up mechanicals allow the HALOT-MAGE PRO to print at the rate of up to 170mm vertical per hour. For many operators, this could mean completing prints in less than an hour!

Finally, there’s one more terrific feature on the HALOT-MAGE PRO: a hinged UV cover. Instead of requiring two hands to lift the cover when print jobs complete, you’ll need only one hand to tilt the cover backwards to access the print.

Creality Special Offer

Because of the HALOT-MAGE PRO’s successful SID Award win, Creality decided to offer a promotion on the machine’s presale. Buyers will also qualify to receive a complimentary year of CHITUBOX VIP slicing software service.

To get in on the offer, Creality has organized several specific online store links by countries:
