It’s that time of year again: Formnext is this coming week.

As usual, our team will be on site to visit as many manufacturers as humanly possible. This is our fifth expedition to Frankfurt for what is surely the world’s largest 3D printing event.

Last year the event included over 800 exhibitors and almost 30,000 attendees. This is significantly larger than the next biggest events, and it should be even bigger this year since 2022 was still pandemic recovery mode for many companies.

Could they top 1000 exhibitors? I’m not sure, but that will make it even more difficult for us, as we will be proceeding from stand to stand as quickly as possible. As it is, we have only a few minutes each.

We will also take some down time to network with readers if you’re interested in meeting with us. If so, just drop us a line here.

In 2022 we managed to speak with something over 200 companies, and we’re hoping to do even more this year. We’ll compile our notes afterwards and prepare stories about our findings that will be published over the following weeks.

See you at Formnext!
